Pertemps Bond in Reading is seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join our team. You will manage client relationships, match candidates to roles, and drive sales through an uncapped commission structure.

This on-site role offers a base of £28,000 with strong earning potential in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates are proactive communicators with a customer-facing background, capable of handling payroll processes, compliance, and delivering exceptional service to clients and candidates

Qualifications

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in a customer-facing or sales-driven role is essential.
Knowledge of recruitment processes, employment rights, and diversity & inclusion principles is required.
Strong negotiation and relationship management abilities.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong client relationships across accounts.
Match candidates to temporary and permanent roles while ensuring skills align with client needs.
Drive targets by delivering proactive service and timely payroll processing.
Ensure compliance with legal and ethical recruitment standards.
Provide expert support and advice to clients and candidates.
