This full time Recruitment Consultant position with Pertemps in Reading offers £28,000 annually plus uncapped commission. Working Monday to Thursday 07:30–17:00 and Friday 07:30–16:30, the successful candidate will build relationships with clients and applicants, matching individuals to temporary and permanent vacancies. Strong communication and a proactive, sales-driven approach are essential, alongside the ability to provide expert guidance and maintain high service standards throughout each hiring process. Duties include developing client accounts, sourcing suitable workers, managing placements and pursuing new business prospects to meet targets. Previous recruitment or sales experience would prove advantageous for this office-based opening.

• A valid UK driving licence (preferred)
