Client Server Limited in Esher, Surrey is seeking a Recruitment Consultant / Recruiter to join a high-performing technology recruitment team. You will work on a warm desk, leveraging existing client relationships and dedicated marketing support to secure placements and grow your earnings.

The role offers uncapped commission, potential personal incentives, and strong internal training to develop your recruitment skills and career progression.

Qualifications

• Previous recruitment experience, ideally in technology or another specialist sector.
• A consultative, relationship led approach and a genuine commitment to delivering a quality service.
• Strong organisation and time management skills, with the ability to manage priorities and work towards targets.
