Reed in Swindon is seeking a Recruitment Consultant to build and grow a warm Procurement recruitment desk across Wiltshire and Gloucestershire, leveraging existing client relationships and live roles.

You will recruit across Buyers, Procurement Managers and senior roles, manage end-to-end recruitment, and work with an experienced manager to develop the desk. The role offers an uncapped bonus potential and a strong local market.

The desk is already active, with support from an experienced specialist and hands-on manager, giving you a strong foundation to build on.
