Reed in Swindon is seeking a Recruitment Consultant to build and grow a warm Procurement recruitment desk across Wiltshire and Gloucestershire, leveraging existing client relationships and live roles.

You will recruit across Buyers, Procurement Managers and senior roles, manage end-to-end recruitment, and work with an experienced manager to develop the desk. The role offers an uncapped bonus potential and a strong local market.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in recruitment (required).
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Consultative and professional approach.
• Commercial awareness and motivation to grow a desk.
• Driving licence and access to a vehicle preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow a warm Procurement recruitment desk.
• Build long-term relationships with clients and candidates.
• Win new business while managing existing accounts.
• Manage the full recruitment process from role brief to candidate placement.
