Job summary

Reed Swindon is recruiting a Recruitment Consultant to own a warm Procurement desk across Swindon and the surrounding Wiltshire & Gloucestershire. You will join an established team with live roles, strong client relationships, and the support of an experienced hands-on manager.

You will recruit Buyers, Procurement Managers and senior roles in manufacturing, logistics and operations, with an uncapped bonus structure and clear progression in a high-performing office.

About the role

You’ll be responsible for developing Reed’s Procurement offering across Swindon and the surrounding Wiltshire & Gloucestershire areas. The desk is already active, with support from an experienced specialist and hands‑on manager, giving you a strong foundation to build on.

You’ll recruit across roles including:

• Buyers and Supply Chain professionals
• Procurement Managers and Heads of Procurement
• Senior roles within manufacturing, logistics and operations
