Reed in Swindon is seeking a Recruitment Consultant to develop a warm procurement desk in a growing market. You’ll join an established team with live roles and strong local demand, taking ownership of client relationships and candidate sourcing across Wiltshire and Gloucestershire.

About the role:

You’ll be responsible for developing Reed's Procurement offering across Swindon and the surrounding Wiltshire & Gloucestershire areas.

The desk is already active, with support from an experienced specialist and hands-on manager, giving you a strong foundation to build on.

You’ll recruit across roles including:

• Buyers and Supply Chain professionals
• Procurement Managers and Heads of Procurement
• Senior roles within manufacturing, logistics and operations
