Overview

Recruitment Consultant – Packaging Industry & Field Services. Opportunity with Our Client – Leeds Office. Located in LS12, near Elland Road.

The Role

Two Packaging Industry Recruiter roles (360). You’ll inherit a warm desk with retained work, but you’ll still need to build and grow relationships.

What They’re Looking For

• Either telesales experience, a degree, or some recruitment experience


• Sporty, driven, and social – the team enjoys fitness but also knows how to have a good time


• Resilient and hardworking – they back people who put in the effort (one team member didn't bill for 8 months, stuck with it, and is now a Director)

Incentives & Culture

• Experienced Hires: £35–50k base + 20% commission


• Entry Level Base: £25,000+ DOE


• Top Billers: Two have already hit £500k this year


• Work-from-Home Flex: 1 day/week once on target


• Perks: Trips to Vegas, Marbella, and a client conference


• Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM (1-hour lunch), with early summer finishes
