Personnel Solutions (Midlands) Limited in Worksop is seeking a motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our industrial desk. You will manage the full recruitment life cycle for temporary Industrial roles, build strong client and candidate relationships, and drive successful placements onsite.

The ideal candidate has prior temporary recruitment experience, excellent communication and organisational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Job description

We are looking for a motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our growing Worksop team, specialising in Industrial recruitment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who understands the temporary recruitment market and is ready to join an already busy Industrial desk onsite in worksop

While experience within Industrial recruitment is highly desirable, we are also open to candidates with strong recruitment experience from other temporary sectors who are keen to move into Industrial sector.

The Role

• Managing the full recruitment life cycle for temporary Industrial roles
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates
• Taking job bookings, sourcing, interviewing and placing candidates
• Ensuring compliance with driving and regulatory standards
• Participating in an out-of-hours on-call rota, taking and filling bookings outside normal office hours

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 16:30
• Early finish of 15:30 on Fridays

What We're Looking For

• Previous recruitment experience within the temporary market
• Ideally experience in industrial recruitment (but not essential)
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable with out-of-hours on-call responsibilities

• Salary of £33,000 - £35,000 depending on experience
