Job summary

Active Personnel is recruiting an Industrial Recruitment Consultant for its Stoke-on-Trent branch. The role targets candidates with at least 1 year of recruitment experience and a passion for sales and client engagement.

You will focus on securing new industrial temp contracts, building strong client relationships, and contributing to the growth of the branch through strategic sales and market knowledge.

• New Business Development: Take the initiative to explore and identify promising business opportunities within the industrial sector. Engage in comprehensive market research to understand emerging trends, and implement well-structured strategic plans aimed at targeting potential clients.
• Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and strengthen relationships with both existing and prospective clients. Stay ahead of market trends and competitor actions to uncover new avenues for revenue growth particularly within the industrial/manufacturing sectors.
