Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

• Negotiate terms and fees with clients and manage offers and expectations.
• Maintain an accurate database and ensure regular follow-ups.

As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll work within a supportive team of recruiters, owning your own desk and developing your own client portfolio. You'll partner with hospitality businesses of all sizes, managing the full recruitment cycle from winning new business through to placing the right candidate. Your day-to-day will include business development, candidate attraction, telephone screening, and face-to-face interviewing.
