The Role:

As a Recruitment Consultant specialising in Events, Sales & Marketing, you'll manage the full recruitment lifecycle, partnering with clients ranging from luxury hotels and venues to contract caterers, event agencies and hospitality groups.

What you will be doing:

• Building and developing long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
• Identifying business development opportunities and winning new accounts.
• Sourcing, interviewing and managing candidates across events, sales and marketing roles.
• Managing the recruitment process from initial briefing through to offer and placement.
• Networking within the hospitality industry and representing our client at industry events.
• Achieving individual and team revenue targets while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
