Job summary

HR-CL Ltd in Reading is seeking a Recruitment Consultant for the Hospitality sector. You’ll own your desk, develop client partnerships and manage the full recruitment cycle—from winning new business to placing the right candidate.

Expect a basic salary of £26,000-£28,000 with an uncapped commission and a first-year OTE of £45k. A clear career path, excellent training and a supportive team await the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment, sales or business development desirable.
• Hospitality experience beneficial.
• Ability to meet deadlines with strong attention to detail.
• Competitive, target-driven mindset with resilience and strong work ethic.
• A degree would be highly advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Generate new business and grow your client base through proactive development.
• Take detailed client briefs and manage the process through to placement.
• Source, screen and interview candidates by phone and in person.
• Project manage recruitment campaigns to agreed timelines.
• Negotiate terms and fees with clients and manage offers and expectations.
• Maintain an accurate database and ensure regular follow-ups.
• Hit and exceed targets to maximise commission.
