HR-CL Limited in Reading is seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join the hospitality team. You will own your desk, develop client portfolios, and manage the full recruitment cycle from pitching to placing the right candidate.

This is a fast-paced, award-winning environment with uncapped commissions, a base salary of £26,000–£28,000, and a first-year OTE of £45k. Enjoy a Monday–Friday pattern, strong training, and clear career progression.

• Developing and managing relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Generating new business and growing the client base through proactive business development.

• Project managing recruitment campaigns to agreed timelines.
• Negotiating terms and fees with clients and managing offers and candidate expectations.
• Maintaining an accurate database and ensuring regular follow-ups are completed.
• Hitting and exceeding targets to maximise your commission.

As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll work within a supportive team of recruiters, owning your own desk and developing your own client portfolio. You'll partner with hospitality businesses of all sizes, managing the full recruitment cycle from winning new business through to placing the right candidate. Your day-to-day will include business development, candidate attraction, telephone screening, and face-to-face interviewing.
