Job summary

Blue Arrow in Cardiff is seeking a Recruitment Consultant to own a 360-recruitment role across Catering, driving growth and delivering results. You’ll develop new business opportunities, build and manage relationships with Catering Managers, and match high‑quality candidates to client requirements.

Expect a fast-paced environment with uncapped commission, industry-leading tools, training, and clear career progression.

Qualifications

• Previous recruitment experience is advantageous, especially in Driving, Logistics, Transport or Industrial recruitment.
• Able to build relationships, open doors and deliver results.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to multi-task.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll take ownership of a 360-recruitment role, including:

• Developing new business opportunities across the Catering Sector
• Building and managing relationships with Catering Managers
• Matching quality candidates to client requirements
• Managing client accounts and delivering exceptional service
• Conducting candidate interviews, registrations and compliance checks
• Identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts
• Supporting workforce planning for some of the region's leading logistics businesses
