Job summary

Blue Arrow Newport is seeking a motivated Recruitment Consultant to grow our Driving and Logistics division. You’ll manage the full recruitment process, develop your client portfolio and candidate network, and deliver first-class recruitment solutions across transport and logistics.

With hybrid working after training, you’ll build lasting relationships, source and place HGV drivers, and drive service excellence for key clients in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Generating new business opportunities within the Driving and Logistics market.
• Building long-term partnerships with transport and operations professionals.
• Sourcing, interviewing and placing HGV, LGV and professional driving candidates.
• Managing temporary workforce requirements for key clients.
• Delivering service reviews and identifying growth opportunities.
• Ensuring compliance and right-to-work standards are maintained.
• Supporting clients with workforce planning and recruitment strategy.
• Growing existing accounts through exceptional service delivery.
