Blue Arrow is seeking Recruitment Consultants to join a high-performing, collaborative team in the United Kingdom. Whether you are new to recruitment or experienced, this role rewards attitude, problem solving and an entrepreneurial spark.

You’ll win new business, build long-term client relationships, manage pricing and placements, and benefit from an advanced CRM that keeps admin light. There is potential for hybrid working after training, with uncapped commission.
