Job Description:

An opportunity has arisen for an Account Manager to join an established recruitment organisation specialising in staffing the design, build, and maintenance of Data Centres in the USA.

The Account Manager will be joining an extremely warm desk, with approximately 12 key clients, and will play a crucial role in supporting the growth ambitions.

This role does not require new business development.

The ideal candidate will have experience in:

• Recruiting within the Data Centre market or a related/similar market
• Working US business-friendly hours (typically 12:30-21:00 UK time)
• Managing relationships with existing clients to maximise job flow, prioritise, and fill jobs promptly, working closely with Talent Consultants
• Consulting clients and managing expectations effectively

Remuneration:

• Base salary up to £60k, dependent on experience
• Quarterly bonus of up to £12,500 (£50,000 annually), based on placements
• Additional 20% yearly bonus based on personal and business performance
