Kingdom People in Havant is seeking a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join a busy, office-based team. You will recruit and support temporary workers for manufacturing and industrial clients, and play a key role in expanding our client base and securing new business.

As a senior member, you will mentor colleagues, contribute to a personal development plan, and benefit from a defined progression path. The role is Monday–Friday, with a strong focus on delivering results and maintaining excellent

• Proven track record in temporary recruitment, ideally within manufacturing or industrial sectors.
• Ability to build lasting client relationships and win new business.
• Great communication skills and confidence meeting clients.
• Strong organisation and attention to detail, particularly when managing bookings, compliance and weekly payroll.
• Positivity, enthusiasm and willingness to support colleagues.
• Full driving licence and access to transport.

What can I earn?

Expected first year earnings of at least £36,000 to £38,000 OTE.

The role is office based, Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm, with a share of out of hours cover for our temporary workforce and occasional onsite support.
