Job summary

Kingdom People is recruiting a Senior Recruitment Consultant for Havant to develop and manage a fast-paced temporary staffing desk in the manufacturing and industrial sectors. You will recruit, place and support temporary workers, build strong client relationships and win new business to grow the desk.

You will be part of a close, high‑performing team with a clear development plan, regular reviews and training opportunities to progress your recruitment career.

What can I earn?

Expected first year earnings of at least £36, to £38, OTE.

What else do I need?

• A successful track record in temporary recruitment, ideally within manufacturing or industrial sectors.
• The ability to build lasting client relationships and win new business.
• Great communication skills and confidence meeting clients.
• Strong organisation and attention to detail, particularly when managing bookings, compliance and weekly payroll.
• Positivity, enthusiasm and a willingness to support your colleagues.
• A full driving licence and access to transport.

The role is office based, Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm, with a share of out of hours cover for our temporary workforce and occasional onsite support.
