Kingdom People Havant is recruiting a Senior Recruitment Consultant to lead client relationships, win new business, and place temporary workers within our Manufacturing & Industrial division in Havant. You will own your desk, drive growth, and coach junior consultants in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a proven recruitment background, strong relationship-building, and a full manual driving licence with own transport.

Qualifications

• Previous recruitment experience, ideally Manufacturing or Industrial.
• Proven track record of developing business and achieving targets.
• Strong relationship-building and account management skills.
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
• Full manual driving licence and access to own transport.
• GCSE English and Maths (grade 4/C or above).

Responsibilities

• Managing and developing relationships with existing clients.
• Generating new business opportunities through proactive sales activity.
• Recruiting, interviewing, registering and placing temporary workers.
• Coaching and supporting Recruitment Consultants on the team.
• Conducting business development calls and following up leads.
• Attending client meetings and site visits to promote Kingdom People’s services.
• Ensuring compliance with recruitment legislation and GDPR.
• Maintaining CRM records and candidate documentation.
• Processing weekly payroll for temporary workers when required.
• Monitoring local market trends and competitor activity.
• Participating in the on-call rota, including evenings and weekends.

Senior Recruitment Consultant

Location: Kingdom People Havant Manufacturing

Hours: 40 Hours Per Week
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 17:30 plus participation in the on-call rota
Salary: £36,000 - £38,000 OTE
Requirements: Full Manual Driving Licence and Own Transport Required

Kingdom People is recruiting for an experienced and ambitious Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our successful Manufacturing and Industrial division in Havant. This is an exciting opportunity for an established recruiter looking to take the next step in their career within one of the UK's fastest-growing recruitment businesses.

As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for managing and developing existing client relationships, winning new business opportunities, sourcing and placing temporary workers, and supporting the development of Recruitment Consultants within the branch. Working in a fast-paced environment, you will take ownership of your desk, maximise business opportunities and play a key role in the continued growth of the Havant branch.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing and developing relationships with existing clients.

• Conducting regular business development calls and following up prospective leads.
• Attending client meetings and site visits to promote Kingdom People's services.
• Ensuring compliance with recruitment legislation, GDPR and company procedures.
• Maintaining accurate CRM records and candidate documentation.
• Processing weekly temporary worker payroll where required.
• Monitoring local market trends and competitor activity.
• Participating in the out-of-hours on-call rota, including evenings and weekends.
• Producing reports, statistics and management information as required.

What We're Looking For

• Previous recruitment experience, ideally within Manufacturing or Industrial recruitment.
• Proven track record of developing business and achieving targets.
• Strong relationship-building and account management skills.
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
• Strong IT skills and experience using CRM systems.
• GCSE Grade 4/C or above in English and Mathematics.
• Self-motivated, driven and able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Full Manual Driving Licence and access to your own transport.
