Roles & Responsibilities:

The responsibilities listed are non-exhaustive; flexibility and willingness to learn new skills are essential. Typical duties include:

• Utilizing internal systems such as Ticket Systems (IT requests, Marketing requests, Purchase Orders), Payroll Management Systems, and Time & Attendance Systems
• Using the telephone for:
• Contacting applicants to pre-screen and book interviews
• Communicating with client department managers
• Liaising with drivers daily
• Conducting candidate inductions and assessments:
• Pre-screening applicants to meet client standards
• Full interviews and on-site inductions
• Confidently speaking to large groups
• Data collation and reporting:
• Tracking worker attendance
• Creating reports and analyzing data
• Reporting to management
• Participating in meetings and briefings with various client teams (Operations, HR, Health & Safety, etc.)

You should be comfortable engaging with a range of individuals within the Logistics sector, from Warehouse Managers to Warehouse Operatives.

• Have experience in high volume recruitment
• Can plan rotas considering WTD regulations
• Are a critical thinker and problem solver
• Are good with people at all levels

We would like to hear from you. You must also have your own driving license and transport, as some travel between client sites will be required. You should be a UK resident (we cannot assist with visas) and able to travel to and from the site for your shifts.
