Job summary

STR Group Careers is recruiting for STR Group's Life Sciences team, Blackfield Associates. You’ll focus on the European market, connecting skilled professionals with organisations across Validation, QA and Engineering.

You may have recruitment or sales experience and will be supported from day one through our Training Academy, with a hybrid working setup after completion of training. You’ll learn to source clients, build candidate pools, negotiate terms, and manage bespoke KPIs while progressing

This opportunity is with Blackfield Associates, STR Group's specialist Life Sciences team. You'll focus on the European market, connecting highly skilled professionals with organisations operating across Validation, Quality Assurance and Engineering. The role is ideally suited to someone ambitious, methodical and process-driven, with the discipline to manage detailed recruitment processes and build lasting professional relationships.

You may already have recruitment experience, or you could be succeeding in a sales role and looking to transition into the industry. Either way, you'll be supported from day one through our award-winning Training Academy, giving you the tools, knowledge and structure needed to succeed.
