Think Recruitment is seeking a Permanent Recruitment Consultant to join our Nottingham Construction team. You will build and grow a successful permanent desk, cultivate client relationships and create opportunities to generate business.

The ideal candidate has permanent recruitment experience, is commercial and proactive, and comfortable with business development. Construction knowledge is helpful but not essential, as transferable skills from other sectors will be considered.

Permanent Recruitment Consultant - Construction

We're looking for an experienced Permanent Recruitment Consultant to join Think Recruitment in Nottingham.

The opportunity sits within our Construction business, but we're very open to talking to successful recruiters from other sectors. For us, the person matters as much as the market.

We want someone who knows how to build a successful desk, develop good client relationships and create opportunities.

Someone who has the drive to grow their market, the confidence to make things happen and the character to do it in the right way.
