Job summary

Think Recruitment in Birmingham is seeking an experienced Permanent Recruitment Consultant to lead our Social Housing New Build desk. You will build relationships, map opportunities, and drive new business with contractors and decision makers, while expanding candidate networks and managing end-to-end recruitment.

You’ll operate with autonomy within an established construction recruitment business, focusing on delivering results quickly and with high standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in Social Housing or Construction is advantageous.
• Open to successful permanent recruiters from other sectors.

Permanent Recruitment Consultant - Social Housing New Build

We're looking for an experienced Permanent Recruitment Consultant to join Think Recruitment in Birmingham and help us grow our presence in the Social Housing New Build market.

We see a real opportunity in this space and we want someone who can help us capture it.

Someone who can build relationships, open doors, understand their market and turn opportunities into business.

You’ll have the backing of an established construction recruitment business, but plenty of autonomy to make the market your own.

We’ll give you the support, tools and freedom to succeed. In return, we expect high standards, pace, ownership and a real desire to build something.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Building and growing our Social Housing New Build permanent desk
• Mapping the market and identifying opportunities
• Developing relationships with contractors and key decision makers
• Winning new business and growing existing relationships

• Managing the recruitment process properly from start to finish
• Generating fees and creating a sustainable, successful market

Experience in Social Housing or Construction would be great, but we’re also open to talking to successful permanent recruiters from other sectors.
