Job summary

Reed is seeking a driven recruiter or sales professional to grow our Business Support permanent desk across the Leicester market. Nottingham-based for the first 3 months, then hybrid working, you will own the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to placement and build lasting client relationships.

You'll develop client bases, win new business, and demonstrate a can-do attitude while enjoying uncapped commission and progression opportunities in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment or sales is desirable.
