You'll have autonomy to grow your own desk, supported by an experienced Recruitment Manager, with hands-on coaching and a clear path to leadership for high performers. Uncapped commission awaits.

ATA Recruitment is looking for an ambitious 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our established Permanent Maintenance Engineering team.

This isn't a desk where you're starting from scratch. You'll inherit established trading accounts, gain access to PSL opportunities, warm leads and a wealth of sales data - giving you a genuine platform to hit the ground running.

You'll have the autonomy to build and grow your own desk, backed by an experienced Recruitment Manager, hands-on coaching and the tools and support needed to succeed.
