Permanent People is seeking a Recruitment Consultant in Nottingham to take ownership of a warm desk and drive growth in a fast-paced market. You will build strong client relationships, manage the full 360 recruitment cycle, and progress with a supportive but ambitious team.

The Role

• Managing and developing a warm recruitment desk
• Building strong relationships with both existing and new clients
• Managing the full 360 recruitment process

• Around 1–2 years’ experience within a full 360 recruitment role
