You will own your desk, win new business, recruit across Trades, Civils, M&E and Fit-Out, and manage the full 360 recruitment lifecycle while earning uncapped commission and a strong base salary. An established UK construction and industrial recruitment business is seeking an experienced Construction Recruitment Consultant to join its growing Yeovil office.

The company supplies temporary, contract and permanent workers to subcontractors, specialist contractors and leading main contractors across the UK. Its experienced recruitment teams have supported a wide range of major construction and infrastructure projects.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious recruiter who enjoys developing new business, building lasting client relationships and managing the complete recruitment lifecycle with autonomy.

The Role

As a Construction Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for:

• Developing and winning new business across the UK construction market.
• Recruiting within Trades, Civils, M&E and Fit-Out.
• Building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients and candidates.
• Managing the complete 360 recruitment process, from business development through to placement.
• Sourcing, interviewing and placing high-quality temporary, contract and permanent candidates.
• Growing and developing your own client portfolio.
• Delivering excellent customer service while achieving and exceeding revenue targets.

You will have the freedom to develop your own desk and make your mark within a supportive and ambitious recruitment business.

About You

To be considered for this position, you will need:

• Proven 360 recruitment experience.
• A successful track record of winning new business and developing client relationships.
• Recruitment experience within one or more of the following sectors:
  • Trades and Labour
  • Civil Engineering and Infrastructure
  • Mechanical and Electrical (M&E)
  • Fit-Out and Refurbishment
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• A driven, self-motivated and target-focused approach.
