Walker & Sloan | B Corp Certified Recruitment Consultancy is seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join the Construction Division. You will manage a warm, well-established desk with live vacancies, existing client relationships, and immediate earning potential from day one.

You'll receive outstanding mentoring, genuine support, and a platform to build a long-term career in a genuinely collaborative environment, with hybrid working and clear progression opportunities.

The Role

As Recruitment Consultant, you'll manage the full recruitment lifecycle while developing relationships with clients and candidates across the construction sector.

Working from an established desk with active vacancies and existing business, you'll focus on building long-term partnerships, delivering exceptional service, and continuing to grow an already successful market.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys recruitment and wants to spend more time building relationships and less time trying to create opportunities from scratch.

Your Responsibilities

• Managing a warm and established construction recruitment desk
• Building long-term relationships with clients and candidates
• Managing the full 360° recruitment process from vacancy qualification through to placement

About You

We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys recruitment.

You'll already have recruitment experience and be looking for a business where you can continue developing your career without the corporate politics or unnecessary bureaucracy.

You'll ideally have:

Construction recruitment experience would be advantageous but is by no means essential - we're far more interested in attitude, ambition, and a willingness to learn.
