• Managing a warm and established construction recruitment desk.
• Building long-term relationships with clients and candidates.
• Managing the full 360° recruitment process from vacancy qualification through to placement.
• Identifying and engaging high-quality construction professionals.
• Providing consultative recruitment advice to clients.
• Managing interviews, offers, negotiations, and successful placements.
• Developing your personal brand within the construction industry.
• Contributing to the continued growth of Walker & Sloan.
