£28,000 - £29,000 per annum

Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm (1-hour lunch)

gap personnel Treforest is growing, and we’re looking for a motivated, people-focused Account Manager to join our team. Whether you’re experienced or new to recruitment, full training is provided.

About the Role

As an Account Manager, you’ll support our clients across South Wales, build strong relationships, manage staffing requirements, and deliver excellent service to candidates and customers. This is a fast-paced, varied role where communication, organisation, and problem-solving are key.

You’ll also attend onsite inductions, client meetings, and service reviews, so the ability to drive and access to your own vehicle is essential.
