What you can expect:

• You have the ability to take your earnings to the max, with completely uncapped commission

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will:

• You will be provided with ongoing training and support from our inhouse L&D specialist and hands on mentors
• Work in a 360-position dealing with both candidates and clients.
• Grow your database by consistently adding new, quality candidates, clients and contacts.
• Briefing candidates on suitable roles and preparing them for interviews.
• Maintain, build and nurture client relationships.
• Promote our services to new and existing clients and contacts in order to develop new relationships.
• Become an expert in your market and become the go to recruiter for your clients and candidates
• Grow your own business within our business. You get full autonomy here!

What you need to be successful:

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience within recruitment, ideally with a 360 background
• Sales and negotiation skills
• A goal-orientated approach to work
