What You’ll Do:

1. Active business development: bringing in new clients via networking, client meetings, cold-calling, and existing client penetration.
2. Build relationships with top-tier candidates: fostering trust and collaboration for long-term engagement.
3. Drive innovation: seeking better recruitment methods, managing accounts strategically, and fostering a culture of trust.

What We’re Looking For:

• At least 36 months of technology recruitment experience
• A proven 360 billing profile – Principal Consultants should bill £250k+ (new business)
• Expertise in the Platform Engineering market
• Ambition to be part of an early-stage startup with growth opportunities
• Proven success in their niche with a desire for career growth and flexibility
• Resilience and discipline to maintain consistency
• Ambition and self-motivation for future leadership roles
• Strong communication skills and relationship-building ability
