About the Position

Position Title: Recruitment Consultant

Location: Leeds, UK

This is an entry-level position suitable for graduates or those with no prior recruitment experience.

You will work in a 360 Recruitment role, focusing on the US market.

• Candidate Sourcing: Headhunting for executives and specialists, screening calls, managing the end-to-end recruitment process, organizing interviews, providing feedback, and supporting both candidates and clients through offer negotiations.
• Business Development: Using methods and tools to attract new clients, develop current clients, and build market presence.

Recruitment can involve working outside regular hours; the more effort you put in, the greater the rewards.
