About the Position

Position title: Recruitment Consultant

This is an entry-level position suitable for graduates or those with no prior recruitment experience.

You will work in a 360 Recruitment role, focusing on the US market.

• Candidate Sourcing: Headhunting for executives and specialists within your market, conducting screening calls with candidates, managing the end-to-end recruitment process, organizing interviews, providing feedback, and supporting both candidates and clients through offer negotiations.
• Business Development: Utilizing methods and tools to attract new clients, developing current clients, and building market presence.

Recruitment isn't a typical 9-5 job, and occasional hours outside scheduled times may be required. The more effort you put in, the greater your rewards.
