Pertemps Leeds is looking for a Recruitment Consultant in Leeds to own the end-to-end recruitment cycle, from winning business to placing candidates. The role offers a salary up to £30,000 with bonus and a path to progression.

You will build client relationships, visit sites, source candidates, interview and manage offers while working toward targets in a supportive team environment.

This is a 360-recruitment role, giving you ownership of the full recruitment cycle—from winning new business and developing client relationships to sourcing candidates and securing successful placements. You’ll have structured training, support from an experienced team and clear opportunities to progress.
