As a Recruitment Consultant, you will manage permanent recruitment assignments across the Construction and Built Environment market throughout Leeds, Yorkshire and the wider UK.
You will develop relationships with clients and candidates, manage recruitment campaigns, generate new business opportunities and deliver an exceptional consultative service from initial brief through to successful placement.
Unlike many recruitment roles that require building a desk entirely from scratch, this opportunity offers genuine warm clients, existing vacancies and immediate earning potential from day one.
Recruitment activity covers Construction, Civil Engineering, Building Services, Property, Architecture, Project Management, Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, Trades & Labour and Senior Appointments.
Previous recruitment experience is essential.
Construction recruitment experience would be advantageous; however, applications are welcomed from recruiters working across a wide range of specialist sectors including Engineering, Professional Services, Industrial, Technical, Commercial, Accountancy & Finance, Sales, Supply Chain and Business Support.
