Job summary

Reed in Leeds is seeking a Recruitment Consultant specialising in the Education sector. The role offers a hybrid working arrangement with an annual salary between £28,000 and £36,000 plus an uncapped bonus and extensive rewards and benefits.

You will build relationships with schools and education clients, manage the full cycle from business development to candidate interviews, and drive performance against targets.
