Reed, the UK’s leading recruitment brand, is seeking a high-energy Accountancy Recruiter in Preston to develop relationships with local businesses and place finance professionals across temporary, permanent and interim roles.

You will manage the full recruitment cycle from business development to offers, build a strong network, and work within Reed’s market-leading tools and brand while earning uncapped commission and a competitive base salary.

• Previous experience in recruitment, sales, business development, account management or another target-driven environment is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow relationships with businesses across Preston and the surrounding area.
• Source, interview and place Accountancy professionals across temporary, permanent and interim opportunities.

• Build a strong network of finance professionals and establish yourself as a market specialist.
• Generate new business opportunities through proactive sales activity, networking and referrals.
