Job summary

SThree in Leeds is recruiting an Associate (Trainee) Recruitment Consultant to accelerate careers in STEM recruitment. You’ll source top talent, interview candidates, and build lasting client relationships, all while navigating the full 360 recruitment cycle and growing with the Velocity progression path.

The role offers hybrid work (4 days in office, 1 day at home) with a starting salary of £27,500+ on target; uncapped commission plans and global career opportunities enhance earning potential

Qualifications

• Entry point into recruitment requiring some prior experience in a fast-paced, people-focused commercial environment.
• Experience in sales or similar commercial customer-centric roles.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
