Job summary

STR Group Limited, working through Navis, the specialist maritime recruitment brand, is seeking ambitious graduates or sales-driven professionals. The role focuses on sourcing clients and building a global network of clients and candidates across multiple regions, with a structured Training Academy on day one.

You’ll operate in a global market, managing KPIs and financial targets, with the potential to earn up to £100,000+ OTE in later years. Hybrid working and ongoing development are offered.

This opportunity is within STR Group, working as part of Navis, our specialist maritime recruitment brand.This particular desk focuses on technical outfitting, working with clients internationally across complex maritime and marine engineering projects.You'll operate in a global market, building specialist knowledge and long-term relationships with clients and candidates across multiple regions.
