CSG Talent is recruiting for an Associate Recruitment Consultant to join our specialised training programme in January 2027. Location: Manchester City Centre.

We are CSG Talent. We are independent, agile, and people-centric, and due to continued success and growth, we are recruiting for an Associate Recruitment Consultant to join our specialised training programme in January.

Location: Manchester City Centre

Start date: January 2027

You’ll join our team in our luxurious Manchester City Centre offices, just a few short steps from cafes, restaurants and shops (ideal for when that commission hits!).

The office itself is situated in X+Y Embankment, giving our consultants access to sharp, communal spaces and amenities - and even a roof terrace to enjoy summer lunches on.

Just a 5-minute walk to Victoria Station, travel and commuting to and from this city centre office has never been easier.

What is CSG Talent Recruitment Academy?

The CSG Talent Recruitment Academy is like no other Executive Search training programme; you will be trained, coached, supported and developed over a 3-6 month period by our Talent & Development Partner and employed on a full-time, permanent contract from day one.

You will learn theory and practical based skills on headhunting, advertising, sales, negotiating, pitching and account management, which will result in placing high-level candidates into very senior jobs across the world. Joining at the same time as other like-minded individuals starting their recruitment careers, you will be part of a tight-knit team and will be involved in group discussions, role play and team exercises - just some of the different ways you’ll learn!

You will join your high-performing team from day one as an Executive Search Consultant, learning on the job and from everyone around you in addition to our L&D team.

• Proven work experience throughout or after your studies in sales, customer service or client facing roles
