Job summary

Nexus People are currently recruiting for an On-site Recruitment Consultant, to be based at their busy client location in Hoddesdon. You will manage all aspects of recruitment from attraction to onboarding and adapt to a Sunday to Thursday night shift.

We are seeking a candidate with at least 12 months recruitment experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle high-volume hiring in a fast-paced environment. Salary £29,500 per annum.

Responsibilities

• Dealing with all aspects of Recruitment, from attraction to onboarding

Salary: £29,500 per annum

Working Hours: Sunday to Thursday (Night Shift - 18:00 - 02:00)

Experience: 12 months Recruitment experience = essential

• Dealing with all aspects of Recruitment, from attraction to onboarding

We are looking for people with a recruitment background who understand the requirement for flexibility when it comes to working hours and days. This is a full‑time role, but there will be times when you may be required to do additional hours, during the busier periods.
