We are looking for an energetic Recruitment Consultant to join our team here at The Media Exchange.

We have been recruiting for the media industry for more than 30 years and are looking for a personable, motivated and ambitious candidate to join our team.

You do not need any prior experience in sales or recruitment to apply - we are keen to consider applicants who may either have media sales - will consider 4 days a week with media exp- or Recruitment experience or just someone who is ambitious and eager to learn !

You will:

• Be confident and outgoing, happy to build relationships in person, on video calls and over the phone.
• Have a nose for new business, always tenaciously looking for new commercial opportunities.
• Have the ability to quickly learn about new businesses and their needs.
• Have a can-do attitude, happy to pitch in and work across a range of responsibilities.
• Be highly organised and able to manage your own time.
• Work well in a team and have stand-out verbal communication skills.
• Be proactive and go the extra mile to provide outstanding client services.
