As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you’ll be trained to manage the full recruitment process, from identifying high-potential candidates and supporting them through interview processes, to working closely with hiring managers at some of the most innovative VC-backed companies in the US. It’s a fast-moving, target-driven role that offers huge personal and professional growth potential.
You’ll be supported by a world-class Learning & Development team and offered a structured training programme designed to set you up for success, whether you’re new to recruitment or simply new to the industry.
