JT Recruit Ltd in Derby is hiring a Recruitment Consultant to join their Derby Head Office. You'll own your desk, build client relationships and connect people with great opportunities.

This 360 role offers a basic salary of £28,000 plus uncapped commission, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with ongoing training and career development opportunities.

What Will You Be Doing?

As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you'll take ownership of your own desk, developing client relationships and connecting great people with great opportunities.

• Build relationships: Develop strong partnerships with new and existing clients.
• Win new business: Identify opportunities, make connections and turn leads into lasting commercial relationships.
• Match great people with great jobs: Source, interview and place candidates across a range of sectors.
• Manage the full recruitment process: From the first client conversation to a successful placement.
• Grow your own business: Take ownership of your desk, develop your market and maximise your earning potential.

Your experience in transport, logistics or commercial environments could give you a real advantage. You understand deadlines, customer expectations, service delivery and the importance of getting the right people in the right roles.

You’ll be joining an established recruitment business with 26 years of industry experience, a strong local presence and opportunities to build lasting client relationships across Distribution, Industrial, Commercial, Technical, NHS and Government sectors.

The Details

Location: JT Recruit Head Office, Derby

Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, within 7am–6pm

Salary: £28,000 basic + uncapped commission
