Job summary

H&H Recruitment Solutions is seeking an ambitious Recruitment Consultant to launch and grow a brand-new Industrial start-up desk within our independent agency. You'll develop client relationships, win new business, advertise vacancies, source candidates, conduct interviews and registrations, and manage temporary workers to meet client needs.

You’ll own the desk’s performance and build it from the ground up.

We re growing, and we re looking for an ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join our team and take ownership of a brand-new Industrial start-up desk.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants more than simply working an existing database. You ll have the opportunity to build your own client base, develop your own candidates, win new business and grow the desk from the ground up.

The Role

As an Industrial Recruitment Consultant, you ll be responsible for developing and growing a successful industrial recruitment desk.

Your role will include:

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is driven, confident and commercially minded, with a genuine desire to succeed in recruitment.

Previous recruitment experience would be advantageous, particularly within industrial, manufacturing, logistics or warehouse recruitment, but we're also open to ambitious consultants from other recruitment sectors who want a new challenge.
