About the Role

Our Coventry branch is growing, and we’re looking for a passionate and experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our team – ideally someone who’s previously run an Industrial or Driving desk. You'll thrive in building long-term client partnerships and understanding the fast-paced nature of shift patterns and job demands in these sectors.

A full UK driving licence is essential for this role.

What You’ll Do

You'll manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including:

• Taking detailed job briefs from clients
• Writing and posting job ads
• Screening and interviewing candidates
• Coordinating interviews and offers
• Using social media and digital tools to attract talent
• Attending client meetings and winning new business
• Working with our 24/7 out-of-hours team (so your evenings/weekends are protected)
