Role Description

We are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Ipswich on a full-time, office-based basis.

This is primarily a client-focused and business-development role. Unlike a traditional 360 recruitment position, you will not be expected to source your own candidates. Our dedicated delivery team is responsible for identifying, engaging and qualifying suitable professionals, giving you more time to focus on clients, vacancies and placements.

Key Responsibilities

You should have:

• The ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities in a fast-paced environment

• The ability to work collaboratively with a dedicated candidate delivery team


• Previous recruitment, sales, account management or business-development experience would be beneficial, but we are equally interested in individuals with the right attitude, commercial awareness and willingness to learn.
